Users may request a withdrawal of their Account balance at any time, subject to KYC verification, compliance with bonus terms, and the absence of any open disputes or investigations. Withdrawals must be made to a payment destination that matches the name on the User's Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited for anti-money-laundering and fraud prevention reasons.
Before your first withdrawal, and at any time thereafter at 666d6's discretion, you may be required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before associated funds become withdrawable. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling ten times the bonus amount. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements — slots may contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less or not at all. All sports bets are subject to acceptance by 666d6. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our sole discretion, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical error, bets placed after an event has commenced, or bets placed by Users suspected of collusion or fraudulent activity.
Odds are indicative only and may change at any time up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Markets may be suspended during live events for safety or integrity reasons. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, the odds displayed at the time of acceptance apply — subsequent odds changes do not affect confirmed bets.
Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body or statistics provider. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport and market type, which are available in the Platform's sportsbook rules section. In case of disputes regarding results, 666d6's decision is final.
All casino games on the Platform, including slots, table games, and live dealer games, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing procedures overseen by professional dealers. Once an Account is closed, any remaining balance (after deduction of bonus funds and unfulfilled bonus obligations) will be returned to the User via an approved withdrawal method.

Provide full details of the issue, including Account details, transaction references, and any supporting evidence. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. If the matter cannot be resolved through customer support, it may be escalated to a formal dispute process. 666d6's decision on any dispute shall be final.
